In cooperation with the City of Bern's Centre of Competence for Work, la trouvaille offers more than 30 work placements for job-seekers who are preparing to return to permanent employment. They receive professional guidance, support and encouragement from la trouvaille staff. The Labour Competence Centre accompanies the jobseekers with a coach on site.

As a second-hand department stores', la trouvaille offers clothes, furniture and other objects a second chance. And minimises the impact on the environment.
